Calibrated pressure
The method begins at the skin and superficial tissue, using only the amount of pressure appropriate to the lymphatic system rather than trying to overpower deeper muscle.
Mobile lymphatic massage for women
Personalized, in-home manual lymphatic drainage for women experiencing swelling, heaviness, tightness, body bracing, or a body that has difficulty settling.
Roxanna brings the treatment table and full setup to your home.
The central idea
Manual lymphatic drainage is not standard massage performed more gently. It uses carefully calibrated pressure, anatomical direction, measured pace and deliberate sequence because the method is organized around lymphatic movement. The goal is not to overpower the body, but to work with it more precisely.
The method begins at the skin and superficial tissue, using only the amount of pressure appropriate to the lymphatic system rather than trying to overpower deeper muscle.
Each movement is directed intentionally along relevant lymphatic pathways rather than applied randomly wherever the body feels tight.
The session follows an intentional order and measured pace. Each area is approached in relation to what comes before and after it.
MLD vs standard massage
Standard massage often works more directly with muscles and soft-tissue tension, and pressure may range from light to deep. MLD uses lighter, more superficial and carefully directed movements organized around lymphatic pathways, sequence and the purpose of the session. One is not automatically better than the other. The question is what kind of support your body needs.

You do not need to select a treatment category. Tell Roxanna what you are experiencing. She will check fit and adapt the MLD session accordingly.
60 minutes · In your home
No two bodies arrive in exactly the same condition. Roxanna considers what brings you in, what your body has recently moved through and what the session is intended to support before adapting the areas, order, pressure, pace, positioning and focus.
Fit, relevant health information, travel and the complete fee are confirmed.
Areas, order, positioning, draping, pressure, pace and focus are adapted with your comfort and consent in view.
Roxanna recommends only what appears useful next, including stopping for now.
Complete fee and any travel charge are confirmed before you book.
Why HUMAN
HUMAN combines one clearly defined method with private in-home care, woman-centred boundaries and honest guidance before anyone books.
HUMAN is centred on MLD rather than a menu of unrelated massage techniques.
Sequence, pacing, positioning and focus respond to swelling, heaviness, tightness, sensitivity and guarding as they present.
The complete setup comes to you, giving you more privacy, control and ease before and after the session.
Roxanna discovered MLD through her own profound experience, then completed Toronto Lymphatic Academy's full pathway.
